NEW ZEALAND

We ship parcels anywhere in New Zealand using a tracked courier, the tracking number can be provided if required.

. Your items should arrive within 2-3 working days.

. Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday, not including public holidays. 

. Flat rate shipping NZ $6.50 Tracked

. Flat rate Rural shipping NZ $9.50 Tracked

. Gift boxes North Island NZ $ 9.50 Tracked

                    South Island NZ $17 Tracked

. Free shipping NZ on orders over $150 NZD

 Please provide a physical address during checkout and not a P.O box number, as the courier will not deliver to a P.O. box number.

 

AUSTRALIA 

. Your items should arrive within 3-10 working days.

. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday, not including public holidays. 

. Australia: flat rate at $20 NZD by NZ POST airmail - UNTRACKED.

If you are wanting your parcel tracked, please contact me and I will get a quote to you as soon as possible for tracked postage.

IMPORTANT NO​TE:

International orders may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If you decide to have your parcel untracked, once dispatched you will assume the risk of loss for your order.

Lilee and Stan cannot provide refunds if your items are lost in transit.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorized by our bank, using secure encryption.
